I think I’m a serious person, and I always tried to be transparent and almost all of the people I recognize it. Some people these days gave me ingenuous just because I try to tell it like it is and why human trust.
Now it seems right that you know a small piece of bureaucracy that is necessary to explain how things actually went. All those who are part of a local authority knows that it is regulated by TUEL (the consolidated text of the local authorities). In this document, and specifically in Article 79 (from memory because I’m still on vacation) we talk about how councilors and deputy mayor are rewarded and how you have to adjust with their employer.
