The chairman of the Board Paolo Gentiloni has left this morning at 9 the policlinico Gemelli, where he was hospitalized Tuesday night for an intervention of angioplasty with implantation of a stent in a peripheral artery. Before the exit from the ward, Gentiloni has said goodbye to the team of doctors and health professionals who assisted in these days, with professors Philip Creates, Massimo Antonelli, Massimo Massetti and Antonio Rebuzzi. The premier presides over the Council of ministers at Palazzo Chigi, which started around 12.30. Gentiloni, who had manifested in the past few days via twitter the intention of returning immediately to work, he also intends to confirm the agenda of international meetings, from the summ it of Wednesday in Berlin, attending with Angela Merkel at the meeting, “Industry 4.0″ with the gotha of Italian entrepreneurs and the germans.

School, the preliminary examination for 5 decrees
three days after the expiration of 18 months (i.e., a year and a half of time) at the disposal of the government to complete the ambitious reform plan of the Italian educational system (the so-called "Good school" ) to date, none of the nine powers of implementation laid down by the law 107, came to the finish line. Today on the agenda of the Council of ministers there is the preliminary examination of 5 of legislative Decree (the reorganisation of the vocational education, schools abroad, the support, the reform of pre-school education,promotion of humanistic culture). For the remaining four measures (initial training teachers, State exams, text only, and the right to study) point to an extension of two months to put in a Ddl ad-hoc (seems to gone the way of the “Milleproroghe”).

civil unions are preparing then to exit from the limbo of the transitional regime and to enter fully into the Italian legal system. On the table of the Council of ministers today, in fact, land at, for the all-clear, definitive, three legislative decrees implementing the law Cirinnà 76/2016 in force since 5 June last. After having received the favourable opinion of the competent parliamentary committees at the beginning of December the texts take account of the comments expressed by the house and Senate. Are, therefore, a final arrangement of the two Dlgs that adjust the rules of both private international law both in criminal law and that which governs the ordering of the civil state in the era of homosexual unions. The first Decree of the "package", dedicated to the update of the rules on civil Status in order to take account of the unions between people of the same sex, confirming the creation of a new registry for the regist ration and transcripts of civil unions as "autonomous" from one of the weddings, and takes into account some of the changes requested by Parliament, in particular as regards the update of the registration card and declaration of a desire for the annulment of the union.
Implementation in line with the corrections proposed by the Parliament
The second Decree for the implementation is to harmonize the criminal Code and the Code of criminal procedure to the new system of "unions", in particular on the definition of marriage to the effects of the criminal law. In practice, the term will be referred to “the establishment of a civil union between persons of the same sex,” with relapse, for example, on the quality of the spouse as the “aggravating circumstance of a crime.” The third and last Decree intervenes on the front of international law: taking account of the remedial proposals of the Rooms, provides the ability to replace with an act stating that the “free state” non nulla osta to the foreign citizen from the country of origin that does not recognize homosexual unions.
