“The 65th anniversary of the declaration by Robert Schuman – said Mattarella – from which it took origin the European Coal and Steel Community, and therefore the process of European integration, is to all of us an opportunity for reflection, and also a warning, because the responsibility of the ruling classes of today are no less demanding than those of the immediate post-war period “.
