11:07 (ANSA) – NAPLES – It was welcomed by the Tribunal of Naples on the urgent appeal filed by Vincenzo De Luca, elected governor of Campania and suspended as a result of the Law Severino. Now De Luca will participate in the first place – that had been
postponed – and appoint the new council. The Court will then decide on the merits of the case.
