Renzi: “I chased the suspects but did not change the law Severino” – FIRSTonline

After the resignation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation, Maurizio Lupi, Prime Minister Matteo Renzi rejects accusations of double standards and not intended to replace the six undersecretaries suspects (Barracciu, Del Basso De Caro, De Filippo, Bubbico Farone and Pd and Castiglione di Ncd) because – explains in an interview with “the Republic” – “There resigns for political and moral issues, but not for a warrant.”

Harsh reactions and controversies of Grillo Salvini but the secretary of Ncd, Angelino Alfano off accusations of double standards in the Premier recalling that “Renzi has never called for the resignation of Wolves who resigned voluntarily.” Silent instead Secretary of Sel, Nicki Vendola, who despite having been reached by a notice of investigation, he never thought of resigning from Goverantore of Puglia.

But Renzi said another very important thing in ‘interview with “the Republic” in reference to the candidacy for the leadership of the Campania Region of De Luca, sentenced in first instance, stating that, unlike what suggests Pierluigi Bersani, not any intention to amend the law that would free handicap judicial Severino De Luke: “The change in the law Severino is not on the agenda and is not in question.”

“De Luca considers fair to ask the voters to vote – said Renzi – and feels strong with the result of the primaries.” The law, however, provides that Severino after a conviction of first instance decade from public office (as happened to the mayor of Naples De Magistris) but this does not rule out – as he did with the same sucess De Magistris – the possibility of appealing to the TAR. How likely make De Luca if he beat the upcoming regional elections bells Governor outgoing Caldoro.
