Obligation ‘arrest for the smugglers.

The rule applies to “promoters, organizers and financiers” as well as “those who actually provide transport ‘of immigrants.
BENEFITS FOR THOSE WHO WORK WITH JUSTICE. The amendment approved in the Commission also requires that those who physically ensure that transport, or perform other acts intended to procure illegal entry into the country, they can enjoy the benefits of prison only if they collaborate with justice.
