Brescia massacre: 41 years of investigations and trials – ANSA.it

ROME – It was 10:12 of May 28, 1974 when Piazza della Loggia in Brescia, the heart of the political debate in the city, during a anti-fascist demonstration of the unions a bomb caused the death of eight people and injuring another 100. Nov. 13, 1989 – The first section of the Supreme Court, chaired by Corrado Carnevale, it confirms and makes final the acquittals of Ferri, Stepanoff and Latins. The first two will also be compensated for the imprisonment suffered.
May 23, 1993 – The investigating judge Gian Paolo Zorzi acquits defendants investigation last encore.

16 November 2010 – The judges of the Assize Court of Brescia perform all five defendants (Delphi Zorzi, Carlo Maria Maggi, Maurizio Tramonte, Francesco Delfino and Pino Rauti.

February 21, 2014 – The Supreme Court states that a new trial will determine the responsibility for two of the defendants in the processes of first and second instance were acquitted: Maurizio Tramonte, a man considered close to services, that much talked about over the years subversion and bombs, and Carlo Maria Maggi, eighty Venetian doctor, then head of the New Order in the Veneto. Instead acquitted definitively Delphi Zorzi.
