The first two decrees of the Jobs Act were published Friday in the Official Gazette and March 7 come into force. So now you can start to take the permanent contract in protections growing. The publication also gives the green light to the reorganization of the legislation on social security benefits with the application of the new unemployment benefit (Naspi) which will start operating from maggio.La protection extends to employees this year. Contract protections growing

Naspi
Is the new allowance applies to the events of unemployment that occur from May 1, 2015 for all employees who have lost their jobs and who have accumulated at least 13 weeks of contributions in the last 4 years of work, and at least 18 days of actual work in the last 12 months. The base salary is the last 4 years of use, non-continuous, in relation to the weeks of contributions and multiplied by the coefficient 4:33. The performance lasts for a number of weeks to half of the weeks of contributions over the last 4 years of work while the bonus is capped at 1,300 Euros with a decalage of 3% per month from the 4th month onwards. The worker can not refuse Naspi retraining initiatives likely to lose. In case, however, that expired Naspi the worker can not find employment is introduced on an experimental basis, for this year, the ASDI, unemployment benefit will be equal to 75% of the allowance Naspi for a period of six months and disbursed until all the 300 million fund for this purpose.
