#riformabuonascuola, you protest to the bitter end: a Giannini touches … – The Technical School

If the Government really holds the approval of the reform of the school would do well to worry about. On April 24, in fact, the day when there was the first of three strikes announced in three weeks, there have been a series of events really not favorable to the green light of the measure: in Rome marched thousands of workers, who were thus collected invitation ANIEF, Unicobas and USB, to say that “we change the school”; Moreover, adherence to the strike should not have been so marginal as we have news of suspended classes in many cities and even schools closed, mainly due to lack of staff Ata (in these cases is to wonder why school leaders have not prepared the minimum quota of duty required by law).

“You have to tear up and throw it in the trash the bill” said the national secretary of Unicobas, Stefano D’Errico. “The reform should be withdrawn and rewritten from scratch,” he reiterated Marcello Pacific president ANIEF.

The day, then, was followed by spontaneous initiative put forth by independent committees that have been collected in various locations d ‘Italy to realize the flash mob and celebrate the’ death ‘of the school.

But it is not over. In the evening, again on 24 April, the protest moved also to the Unity Day of Bologna, where Education Minister Stefania Giannini, was harshly criticized by Cobas. Tempers were so bright that the debate was interrupted. A drive up the pressure, however, must have worked not just the attitude of the Government, which continues to be said to be amazed by the complaints to the system reform. In the same hour in which the workers marched to Rome, the Secretary for Education, David Pharaoh, kept saying that the bill will become law in June and that you understood the reasons for the protest: this strike is “incredible”, as with “The measure will take a hundred thousand temporary workers, is investing school 3 billion euro and 4 on school.” Thus, the protests have grown even more.

At the Unity Day of Bologna, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Liberation, there was the crowd of people who marched in the capital. But it took just a few dozen people, students and teachers, belonging to the grassroots committees, to stop the ongoing debate. As soon as he started talking about the minister Giannini, the protesters began to beat spoons and forks on pots and pans impendendole actually talking. So, after just 20 minutes, the debate has turned into an unexpected ‘break ranks’.

On the stage there was also the senator Francesca Puglisi, responsible for School and University of the Democratic Party. He then said “we suffered an aggression in full rule, which also was announced yesterday. I’m not sure that the audience members were teachers because the minister and I invited them to speak on stage – because we had realized the misinformation circulating – but rejected any dialogue. “

Shortly after, on Twitter, Renzi has improvised a repartee with his ‘followers’, including the protesters: the prime minister said that “we are taking a hundred thousand precarious”. And again: “We are the government that has put more resources in the last two decades on school #labuonascuola.” The Prime Minister wanted to point out that “a teacher listens and respects everyone’s ideas. Prevent others from speaking is the opposite of what it needs to do an educator # labuonascuola “referring precisely to those who, in Bologna, prevented the Minister Giannini to express themselves on stage.

Meanwhile, the amendments , whose deadline for submission has expired April 24, arrived at an altitude of 2,400: inside there are requests for changes of all kinds, with those of the Democratic Party who, for obvious reasons, however, have a greater chance of being picked. Monday 27 April will start the exam.
