20:30 The Health Minister Beatrice Lorenzin, on the unanimous decision of the CDM, sent to leaders of the majority and the opposition a letter requesting Parliament to intervene with the law in the field of heterologous fertilization. Lorenzin had announced a decree which, however, was not brought before the
Council of Ministers. In April, the consultation has rejected the prohibition of heterologous fertilization established by Law 40, commissioned in 2004 by the Berlusconi government.
