No offense by the mayor of Rome Ignazio Marino in relation to non-cancellation, prompted by former prefect Giuseppe Pecoraro, of gay marriage celebrated abroad and transcribed in the population registers of the capital. It is satisfied that the prosecution has requested the dismissal of the dossier which saw Marino investigated for abuse of office and failure to comply with a measure of authority. – The investigations of the prosecutor Roberto Felici had taken a cue from some exposed in which you complained alleged violations of law by the mayor about the transcription of 16 gay marriages made last October 18 at the Capitol. In the archive request, the prosecutor says Happy that the crime of abuse of office does not exist because, by his conduct, Marino has not procured neither benefits nor harm, that the conditions set by the crime. At the same time, for the prosecutor, it is not apparent non-compliance of the order for Pecoraro as not only this was actually an invitation, not an order, but mostly it was unlawful because the possible order of removal of the transcripts was relevance of the court.
