(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, April 8 – The body of a 56 year old man, with a head injury, was found in the street in the western suburbs of Bologna. On the spot, via del Giglio, the police, the coroner and the duty prosecutor Gabriella Tavano. This would be a postman, Italian, living in a town in the province. At about 6:30 the body, lying on the ground, was seen by a woman who was looking out of a window. Apparently he had his head covered with some clothing.

According to what has been rebuilt, a few hours before his body was found the man had had a minor car accident along Via Emilia Ponente and the Municipal Police had confiscated the car, after finding him drunk driving. The 56 year old would have walked up to the point where, at about 6:30, was found lying on the ground on the sidewalk, she curled on his side facing the window of a shoe store. The man may have fallen due to the state of intoxication (the wound to the forehead is considered compatible with a fall) or being hit by a car. On the ground, next to the body, there was a black backpack with a pair of work shoes, a waxed jacket and a pair of earphones.
