Salerno, January 21, 2015 – The Court of Salerno condemned the mayor of the city Vincenzo De Luca , to one year in prison for abuse of office for the construction of the incinerator in Salerno. The ruling was issued by the Second Criminal Chamber of the Court of Salerno who has retrained in abuse of office also accused of embezzlement challenged to De Luca. After the sentencing, the mayor should trigger the application of the law Severino by the Prefecture of Salerno.
De Luca is not the only offender.
