On Tuesday, however, he saw and recognized the three men in Piazza San Giovanni, became courage and phoned the police. So he began to follow them from a distance and, keeping in touch by telephone with the central, communicated its position and that of the robbers.
When the officers arrived on the spot, the three foreigners, respectively 35, 22 and 18, all Romanians and homeless, were blocked and taken to the offices of Commissioner San Giovanni.
At the end of the investigation, given the serious indications of guilt, the danger of flight and the previous police for two of them, have been fallowed. They will have to answer for aggravated robbery.
