Woman killed in Milan, the husband confesses. “Murder after 20 years of violence”, already stabbed in the 1995 – ANSA.it

The head of the Squad, Lorenzo Bucossi explained that this is the version provided by the husband of the woman found dead in their apartment. The man, in his confession, he accused the wife, among other things, to “spend too much time on social”.

“The murder is the conclusion of twenty years of violence. We know that, already in 1995, he continued, Bucossi – the woman was stabbed in the back in the house and also in that occasion, Messina said that he had found the wife wound back in the house. At that time Belvisi reported a prognosis of 10 days. In November, moreover, the forces of order intervened twice to ill-treatment. He would beat her even with the stick of the broom”.

After the murder of his wife, Louis Messina spent the next three hours (before calling the 118) in doing the shopping, buying cakes and playing slot machines. It was his attempt to create an alibi. The woman was killed with 23 stab wounds.

The murderer did find the knife used for the crime, while his dirty clothes with blood were were found yesterday in a trash bin.

Messina, in giving the alarm, he told the story of having found dead his wife after returning from a walk in the afternoon. The victim was working at Inps, in via Ripamonti. Previously, he was the guardian of the palace in which he lived. The husband on the other hand is a former security guard. The daughter of the couple is abroad with the boyfriend.

“This latest femicide is also an alarm bell and calls for a reflection on the need for a greater culture of complaint by women,” said the questore of Milan, Antonio De Iesu. “We should not wait for the murder, we need to enhance the campaigns for women and have the courage to trust in the anti-violence centres. Their role is fundamental, as that of friends and neighbours”.
