Metro A suspicious package on the tracks – Corriere della Sera

A bad joke or a test to understand the reaction times of the forces of law and order. Would these assumptions to explain what happened Thursday morning on the platform of the station Giulio Agricola, Tuscolano, the line A of the metro, where a patrol of soldiers in the service of the terrorist surveillance he noticed a suspicious package and gave the alarm. Were the 8.45.

Trains fermi

On the spot intervened the police that has stopped the train and evacuated the station then closed to the public at 9: 20am. Moments of apprehension among users even if it was soon realized that it was a fake bomb. The package was indeed packaged with a cardboard box, inside of which there were rolls of toilet paper – even used – and then the whole was wrapped in aluminum foil with a piece of string that could look like a fuse. Then a statue put of the way on the tracks for unknown reasons. Rail traffic resumed at 10 but the police gained footage of the surveillance video to figure out who could have thrown the package on the rails.
