Slaughter, 1980, folder Equitalia former Nar – LOOP.it

(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, February 10 – Equitalia sent to the tenant ordering the former Nar Giuseppe Valerio Fioravanti and Francesca Mambro to pay almost eur 2.2 billion to the State. It is the consequence of the judgment of the civil court of Bologna of November 2014, which has become final because never appealed, the compensation record for the Massacre of Bologna station on 2 August 1980. The injunction gives the news on the Corriere della Sera.
Mambro and Fioravanti were people definitively convicted to life imprisonment for the bombing, which they have always denied responsibility. In the judgment of the judge, Francesca Neri, we read, inter alia, that in the 34 years since the explosion “we can say that this event has remained etched indelibly in the collective consciousness of the nation, as a real “permanent damage”. In the Massacre of August 2, died of 85 people and 200 more were injured.
