“The negotiations of the executive of the Anm with the minister of Justice and chairman of the Board were evident in the effort put in writing to bring the age of retirement, albeit on a temporary basis, for all magistrates at the age of 72 and bring back the constraint of the permanence of the magistrates of the first appointment from four to three years,” said the president of the Anm, Piercamillo Davigo, introducing the meeting of the board of directors of the association. When the Anm takes are available for a comparison, in order to prevent the opening of the years, courts, that are important moments for the entire jurisdiction and not to the government, to discharge tension, if you want to solve differently.”
