It ‘was arrested, under house arrest, Francis Alvaro , special commissioner of Farmacap , the municipal City of Rome that handles 4 7 community pharmacies . The order came from the investigating magistrate of the capital as part of an investigation for the award of services in the management of a kindergarten , in Infernetto area. Alvaro is accused of bid rigging and false public document with the entrepreneur
Giuseppe Giordano (owner of the company Dragona Services ), for which it took the obligation of reporting to the police.
